Leading edge technology for our house members
The lucky people staying with us at a BHome Foundation residence will be introduced to “Exclusive Supporting Programs”. We are applying learning skills by Immersive Virtual Reality. Unique to our homes, it will improve the ability of our house members to achieve exceptional success rates and enable them to gainfully support themselves and their community.
We are adopting a term from “Allen Communication Learning Services” It is called “Learner-Centered Design” (LCD). BHome Foundation is creating a “Learner Centered Design Location” at every home.
What is the best way to motivate people to be successful? By creating a clear pathway to engage in practical training of interest to them.
When done correctly, LCD will enable our team of supporters to offer relevant, engaging, meaningful, content with impactful training, that’s practical and valuable to what they want to be doing. An engaged learner (member) experience may be the most critical driver of successful outcomes. When someone learns, their behavior is open to change. That behavioral change, drives increased productivity, deeper engagement, greater retention, higher motivation, increased satisfaction, safety, innovation, self esteem, and a healthy wellbeing.
BHome Foundation aims to lead those with shared housing models who are driving positive outcomes in excellent homes, safely clear, of previous harmful influences. We look forward to sharing with other organizations applicable sources of training materials and the devices we use.
BHOME Foundation gives a hand-up to help our residents become successful providing Quality Housing, and Exclusive Supporting Programs for those who intend to succeed.
